Why we only work prepaid
Prepaid keeps things simple for everyone. You always know what you have, we never have to chase money, and there are no surprise bills. It also means you only buy what you need. We do not offer credit or pay-later options for Milky Way.
Your first order
Before your first order, use the empty test login we give you. Make sure the backend works for you and the apps run on your players' phones. When you are happy, start with an amount you are comfortable with. You can always order more the same day.
Timing your reorders
Most sellers have busy hours, often evenings and weekends. Look at your balance before those times and order early if it is getting low. Points usually arrive quickly after payment, but running out in the middle of a busy night means unhappy players. A small buffer saves a lot of stress.
Keeping track of what you buy
Keep a simple note of each order: date, amount and price. Compare it with the history in your backend now and then. If you ever see something that does not match, message us with the details and we will look into it with you.
